"Overall we enjoyed our second stay here, the all inclusive is really good if you don't mind only a slightly varied menu and the usual drinks. Staff were all polite and helpful, fun too! "This a good hotel for the price you pay. There is always something you can find to eat in the restaurant and a fresh cooking station. All the staff are lovely and friendly. The front of the hotel has been done up. Our room needed updating but was fine. There was a sewage smell from time to time from the bathroom unfortunately but they seem to be aware and a freshner smell comes through after a while"

"I enjoyed how private the room was, and that it was close to a nature trail. The flora and fauna surrounding the hotel was diverse and wonderful to behold. I also liked how friendly and helpful the staff was. The area was also safe and grocery stores were walking distance. The air also smelled really clean and fresh. The one drawback was the dew that would collect on the windows. However, the environment is humid, so this is to be expected. "

"Overall it was good, but didn't feel like 5-stars. Acoustic is bad ( heard high hills noises from the corridor and the upper floor, cleaning team starting moving furniture early in the morning). No beverages at dinner ( even water), spa was overpriced for what you get, no netflix etc. Adding these little extra features will help feeling more welcome. We felt rushed by the staff during the meals and the cleaning team entered our room before 10 am while we were there."
