"Overall we enjoyed our second stay here, the all inclusive is really good if you don't mind only a slightly varied menu and the usual drinks. Staff were all polite and helpful, fun too! The spa is nice but the water in the jacuzzi could be warmer. Last year our room was in better condition and seemed cleaner than this year but you do get wear and tear. "We greatly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and our room was wonderful with a large balcony overlooking the ocean. The breakfast was very good. The staff was perfectly pleasant and accommodating although we did not feel anyone was particularly happy about having us stay there. Overall very good."

"Reception staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. But someone kept on smoking weed in the room on our floor which created a very strong odour even though the hotel had no smoking policy. No action from staff. Plus only one lift was working during our whole stay of 5 days. "
