"We were in the annex across the road - simple small touches like checking our key worked on arrival so we didn’t get locked out or have to go back to reception, amazing breakfast and the happy hour drinks and snacks are a lovely touch. "This was an extremely easy property to find. The location is very close to the old city wall which is a walkable path. The staff was helpful, when we needed some food stored in a refrigerator. The kitchen staff provided a very nice breakfast daily with many options that suited both American and European tastes. Breakfast cappuccinos were delicious each day. "

"Bed was very hard. I did ask for a mattress topper but it was so thin that it made no difference. Paper cups in the room were disappointing. Would have expected proper cups given that we had tea and coffee making facilities. Glasses for water were also plastic. Tea and coffee were not replenished each day. Nor was the water. Only allowed for one day of your stay! The balcony was different to the photo and also close to a busy road so not relaxing. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety....
