"Beautiful Newer Hotel, conveniently located in the proximity of the "San Ysidro" crossing border. Staff were very nice and friendly, customer service great. Location is convenient 10min walking distance from crossing line. There is no much they can do about the " streets condition and construction going on in their area. Beds are comfortable but bedsheets were "crispy starched" and not so comfortable. Rooms are "decent clean" but my bathroom has a death spider or bug behind the mirror, visually...

"This was my second stay at this property. The first day was simply overnight, this time around it was a four day stay. I think that the property needs to have some modification for stays more than a day or two. Example the property has an espresso machine, only one pod for a four day stay? There are no cleaning products, such as paper towels, or a general purpose cleaner to wipe down counters and other items as they were used. The facility has a washer and dryer, but no products to utilize them...

"Everything in this apartment is automated and you will have very little contact with the staff. But if you do need to contact the property manager via WhatsApp, she is great, polite and quick to respond to fix any issues you might have. The security staff is professional as well. The location is the best. 10 -15 from anywhere. The apartment is perfect. Very clean, prepped and the view is amazing. This is going to be my #1 choice every time i come back to Tj. "
