"Beautiful hotel! The pool area feels like a luxury resort. I stayed here for 2 days after surgery. The restaurant is amazing (try the N/A Aperol Spritz!), coffee cafe is great, bikes to take out, comfy beds and I will be back to try the spa. Tons of eating options or cute shops right outside the door or take a long stroll along the lakefront which has a park for the kids. 10/10"

"The condo was nice, looked exactly like the pics depicted. It mostly had everything we needed except any kind of food wrap as we had brought some of our own food to make while we were there, but it would have bern handy to have zip locks or tin foil to wrap things in when we needed to. Also the check out was horrible. I was told on the phone that we could check out at 12pm, but the cleaning lady was there at 11, and tried multiple times to come into the condo while we were still in there...

"Hot tub was empty, air conditioner didn’t work so the temperature inside was 25 Celsius most of the time. They promised to have someone come out to help and they never came. Dead bugs stuck to walls, mouldy bathroom. Definitely not a “Luxury” stay or worth the price "

"worst place ever stayed for working purpose's and the first time leaving the private apartment i rented when i returned to the property my door had been unlocked and was wide open my belonging missing.when i contacted global stay they i left the property to speak with then in private when i returned 20 min later the lock had been changed and my stuff inside.took 3 days of being on the phone till 4 am and 241$in longdistance charges.and 1000 dollars in missed wages which im expecting someone to...
