The hotel is gorgeous, super comfortable and very clean.The location is perfect. Steps away from the piazza. I would book here again, next time I would call and make sure they’re at the desk before...

"Air conditioning not on until summer. The cool evenings would have made it ok except the high speed train is directly behind the hotel and you can’t open the massive doors to the balcony unless you want to listen the rail barreling by without a pattern so could not even anticipate the weird sound like the war of the worlds train scene. The food and grounds were very nice."

"Let me start out by saying getting to the Hotel is not the easiest. The hotel will send you a message telling you to call when you get to the area and they will guide you in a GPS will not navigate inside the city. What the message should include is "Via Vittorio Veneto, 44, 70022 Altamura BA, Italy" this is the entrance. The hotel itself is gorgeous, the staff is friendly and helpful.
