"Scandic Copenhagen is a good choice when staying in the city. It is close to the main shopping area and across from a wonderful lake where you can walk or run. Rooms are very large and well maintained. Breakfast was chaotic - very crowded and a bit too busy for me. Front desk was not as helpful as in other hotels - need to work on customer service"

"Stayed for one night and wished we had more time there. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful, even let us check-in early since they had availability that day. Has a luggage room in case you need to have them hold your bags between check-in/check-out. Easy to get to from the airport (take the train) and easy access to multiple public transportation. Also a quick walk from Tivoli and other main areas. Would definitely recommend and stay here again."

"It wasn't bad but there was dirt/dustbunnies up around the headboard and under the nitestand... I only know this because I dropped my headset under thectable & had to move it. Also, the service in the restaurant right around the corner was terrible. I went alone my last nite there, hubs was too tired & not hungry. I was waited on promptly & received my food quickly. And that's where it all ended. The 2 servers and the manager walked by me numerous times and totally ignored me! They even ignored...

"Great location for walking into and around town. Wonderful breakfast. Had a very nice dinner at the Italian restaurant. Great staff. The views are fantastic. The fitness room needs an update. More treadmills and ellipticals. The water container never was replaced for 5 days. "

"I stayed here for 3 nights on a solo trip to Copenhagen. Here are my pros and cons. Pros: the location is fantastic. Lovely area and central enough to walk to all the main attractions. Staff are welcoming and friendly and greeted me every time I walked in. Room size is good, would be just as comfortable for 2 people. "The staff was very friendly and had wonderful suggestions for places to it according to what we were seeking. Copenhagen reservations are highly recommended so it was handy they were able to make bookings. I was very lucky that when I arrived at 9 am they had a room available for me so I could get clean and get outside exploring. Truly excellent service. "I had a very nice stay at this hotel. Room was small but well designed and very practical; perhaps they could have closed the shower corner with a glass door since water goes a bit everywhere but it was no big deal. I didn’t have breakfast there but buffet looked fairly generous when I took a peek. Location is the real plus: close to everything by an easy walk, few steps away from the sea / canals and close to metro. "
