"The Hotel was very nicely decorated outside & in the reception area for Christmas. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had to call reception to have the heating switched out as the room was a little cold when we first checked it but that was quickly resolved. Highly recommend this hotel if staying in the Killarney area. "

Even do our order had been taken 40 minutes prior, but saying that the food when we got it was 5 stars, Would stay again and will be back"
