"The room and hotel was good, although I was disappointed that I had to chase up some complementary beverages, included in my booking. Whilst talking to another gentleman at the bar, he had experienced the same. We also had a baby crying all night next door, although the hotel can’t help these things we were booked in the executive room first class with 2 x beverages."

"The hotel was accessible to the good restaurants in Civic and also to the NGA and Floriade. We preferred to walk rather than wait for public transport and enjoyed the experience. Canberra is so pretty in the spring. The staff at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful. Only problem was there weren't any bathrobes in the room. "A lovely hotel, we only had the one night here but it was clean and comfortable and the staff were polite and friendly. We dined in the hotel italian restaurant and we did book in advance and were pleased we had as it was extremely busy! Lovely food as was the breakfast here the next day....would recommend the french toast it was wonderful! "
