"Construction was in full swing during our stay. First room on bottom floor so had us transferred to higher floor. Second room was too warm due to heater controls being broken and heater running continuously. Third room was better but missing window screens and needing fans because resort has no air conditioning. "Villa room was perfect for my family of four including two preschoolers. Kitchen outfitted well, unit was super clean, and the layout helped us have privacy and peace. We loved the balcony with a view of Baldy and Blue River. Kids absolutely loved the pool, especially the swim-in/out from outdoor to indoor pools. Staff were attentive and property was well taken care of. We look forward to returning during ski season. "

"I would have rated this place five stars but I called 2 days prior to leaving for clean sheets and towels. I received the towels but the guy that delivered the towels said he would be back with sheets. 45 minutes passed no sheets I called they said they would get on top of it. Never received sheets. Also durning the day it got pretty hot as there is no ac. They do provide a fan. I overall liked the place it was in the middle of a strip so it was nice to walk. "

"Great location. Nice little condo for sure. Really nice grill on the deck. Wifi is rough. Couldn't stream a movie or watch a game without buffering every couple of minutes. Really got hot in the unit despite out best efforts to draw shades/create good airflow.(2 of the 3 fans in the unit didn't work which probably could have helped the issue). In any case, we had a great time. "

"The Red Hawk Lodge was outstanding! Communication with the property was very easy and the quickly replied to questions. Great location and easy to walk to both dining options and activities. There is a lot of construction around the area but the noise was surprisingly minimal. The construction didn't negatively impact us."

"This stay was a splurge for us, but was wonderful to spend Christmas together with our boys who are in their 20's. We actually got delicious takeout from a favorite restaurant, drank wine, and played games around the table with the fireplace going. They enjoyed having their own beds and we enjoyed the quality family time. Place was comfy and clean and close to skiing."
