It was disappointing to have the “pool” be only a jacuzzi that closes early and was closed completely on Christmas Day. I book hotels to specifically use the pool and gym. Otherwise it was nice. "The place was ok. I was travelling with my teenage son. If you are someone who works in the morning or evening while on vacation, I’d suggest perhaps another hotel since the wifi was awful. Since I was with my son (missing school) we do homework and study most evenings. The first night after check in I called the front desk since my son was doing homework and the wifi was cutting out every few minutes. I was told there wasn’t maintenance but they’d have someone call me the next day. No call was...

"Tiara I think upgraded us to Room 100 which is suite. However, the door needed a key to open from the inside (to get out) which means we had to remove the key to operate the lights to use the key to open the door. When we do that, it s dark and can’t see the door. Luckily-our phone has a flashlight. Tiara meant well and we were just tired to be transferred to another room. Iyo and Tiara and Bruno were nice and very helpful."
