"First off at 4 p.m. we came to check in to find out our ROOM was not ready and prepared for our stay. (I booked a week ago) i requested accessible room. 30 minute wait! WTH! Only room available was boc car! No thank you! They swapped us out for 1 other room available non accessible. Bell hop even lol'd and couldnt believe the screw up!"
