"Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here. Checkin stated as from 3pm. Room not ready till 5pm even when travelling with two small children. Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. Room quality really poor, food really poor, hotel al tired and staff overall poor. Don’t stay here"

"We loved our stay here! We were travelling by bicycle and the storage, washing of daily sports gear service, saunas and spa facilities were great. Our room had a terrace and views over the beautiful garden and mountains beyond. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options incl. fresh fruits and honeycomb. We would happily stay again."
