"Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e mi sono trovato davvero bene. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Avevo colazione e cena completa incluse nel prezzo: la cena era davvero ricca, con antipasto, primo, secondo e dolce. Inoltre, ho apprezzato molto la loro flessibilità: nonostante il menu fisso della cena, sono stati sempre pronti a preparare qualcosa di diverso per venire incontro a chi ha preferenze alimentari diverse. "The room was great! Floors were heated, large bathroom and bedroom. Amazing views out the windows! The facility has two restaurants that are great, the spa is amazing! They give you robes and everyone in the hotel stays in them most of the day. The underground to the theme pools is awesome! This was an amazing place to stay! Right in the middle of old town and Christmas markets!"

"Great stay. Interesting arrival as you need to pull in behind the hotel in an alley to unload and check in. They have a porter for your luggage and very nice staff. Breakfast was more than ample. Staff was amazing and location cannot be beat. Parking is easy, just across the river in the Therm parking under the street. Room was more than average size and clean"

"Great stay, staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Beautiful, walkable area. I would stay again! Only downside is Parking is slightly inconvenient as its not on the property but about 1-2 blocks away. If its busy its tricky to park for check in. "

"Tolles Haus mit schönem Ausblick. Toller Pool. Lage ist super. Für Kleinkinder ggf. nicht ideal aber wir hatten trotzdem eine schöne Zeit. Gastgeber stellte auch einen Hochstuhl. Sauberkeit war gut. Küchenausstattung war super. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war spitze. Lediglich die Aufteilung der Badezimmer ist etwas ungünstig aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran (zumindest wenn man mit mehreren Leuten reist). Schlafzimmer sehr geräumig, aber etwas mehr Ablagefläche oder Hängeoptionen wären gut. Die Betten war super bequem. Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr gute Zeit und konnten den Trip auch trotz Regenwetter dank der tollen Unterkunft genießen."
