"Have stayed many times. By far my favorite hotel in Pittsburgh- wonderful, comfortable and quiet rooms. Staff are kind and attentive. Restaurant is good. Only issue is that valet can be slow. That is easily somvable by asking for car with 15-20 mins notice. "

"The hotel had good hours for the pool, nice and clean, overall. It had a decent breakfast spread and the rooms were a good size. I would consider returning. The only, but most important downside, was how rude the front desk assistant were. Two of them specifically.
