We only needed an overnight stay due to our layover enroute to Cusco but after a LONG DAY of touring in Palenque and then traveling to Lima. This was exactky what we needed. "Me encanto el hotel y servicio. Lo unico que no me gusto es que uno de los “managers” evito que las señoritas del frontdesk nos ayuden a conseguir un taxi por el aplicativo “Satelital”, diciendo que no funcionaba. Todo esto ocurrio despues que el chofer del servicio de taxi que espera afuera (y al parecer tiene un trato con el hotel) se diera cuenta que nos estaban ayudando a conseguir un taxi por aplicativo y le reclamara al manager. Eso me parecio muy mal. "
