When we arrived late, the lights and heater had been left on for us which was very considerate as it was a cold night. Would definitely stay again if we come back. "

"We were married here in 2015 and return regularly. It is a truely unique place, away from it all out in the beautiful Tasmanian rainforest. A place to relax, get in touch with nature, escape the hustle and bustle and recharge. The accommodation is clean and comfortable, if a little outdated. The king beds could use an upgrade ie. make them a king, not two singles joined in the middle. But the cabins are warm, light filled and surrounded by the rainforest. We stayed as a family, 2 kids under 5,...

It turns out, the place had not had visitors stay there for months because it is run down and inhabitable. Instead we were put in a 1960s 3 bedroom house. That in itself would have been ok, had the place not been caked in dust on carpet, curtains, couch, soft toys scattered all over the house....
