"Wow! We had a fantastic time at the Santa Cruz Plaza hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely attentive and helpful. The property is beautiful, restaurant delicious, and it’s very conveniently located. Parking was easy and secure, too. A big thanks to the hotel staff for going above-and-beyond. Highly recommend! "

"OMG! This hotel was beyond my expectations. The grounds are beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. The rooms are perfect, I mean sleeping in an old wine barrel with a view of the vineyard - nothing tops that! The restaurant has a sumptuous breakfast and tasty lunch and dinner menu. Above all, their service is outstanding! I was able to arrange wine tours and transportation well before we arrived, all via WhatsApp. Their recommendations were perfect and we enjoyed every visit! "The property is a bit tired. The staff was very accommodating. I was a bit mislead by the number of facilities on the website. For instance there is only on restaurant not several. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was minimal and the swimming pool was huge but dirty. Also not many chairs by the pool and it is not on the property but adjacent to it (300 yards). That being said, the staff made up for all the shortcomings of the property. "
