"It was a pleasant, comfortable place. The staff was friendly and helpful. Minor complaint, I would wish they would dim the restaurant lights for dinner. They were really too bright: reminded me of other places in the world where they like to indicate that it is time for you to leave."

The majority staff were not as attentive and 'on the ball' as others we encountered in Chile, but we still had a lovely stay. The pool area was a lovely space to chill out and it was always very quiet. The breakfasts were good, but the other meals were 'below par', I wouldn't suggest planning to eat your main meals at the hotel."

Perhaps it's the best thing in San Fernando? I was hoping that since the property had a conference center the staff would speak English, however that was not the case.
