"Good clean hotel with great service from all staff we encountered. Room was comfortable and really clean with good good views over Plymouth on 10th floor. The shower pressure wasn’t great. Liked the leisure facilities and the restaurant on the top floor again with excellent views. The breakfast was delicious with good selection. Reception staff greeted us well as did staff in restaurant. Also cleaning staff on 10th floor (Eleanor and another lady) were super. Would definitely recommend...

"We had a lovely overnight stay at this inn. The room was great , very clean , quality fixtures and fittings. Bed very comfortable, quality bed linens. Spacious ensuite , plenty of hot water with good water pressure in the shower. Showe gel , shampoo and towels all provided. We had a lovely meal in the evening , 3 course special menu was great value. Great breakfast provided in the morning. Team at the inn were friendly and welcoming. Full of character "

The room had an en-suite and was clean and the water was nice and hot. They don’t do evening meals but Okehampton is not far away so eating out is not a problem. "The flat itself was very good. A great location, big and airy, a bit shabby chic but nice. The service from the local agent (PlumLocations) was terrible. We confirmed availability of, booked, and paid in advance for a late check-out but they unilaterally cancelled at short notice, without offering any mitigation such as somewhere to store our suitcases and hence leaving us nursing bulky suitcases for a couple of hours. Pretty shabby customer service."
