"Well if any place can surpasses your expectations, this was it. We are a well travelled family and I can truly say that the photos do not do it enough justice. The property is tastefully decorated and has everything you would need for a holiday. I would add that the dining table is so much nicer than the one in the photo. "Our family of 3 and our dog stayed at Lower Marsh Farm in July 2024. Would highly recommend. We had a fantastic stay: converted barn was perfect, had everything you would want, fabulous bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed, secluded enclosed garden etc. Amenities on site were excellent and we used the tennis court and table tennis room several times (equipment all there for you to use). Owners/staff very helpful and welcoming but not intrusive. Lovely walks on site too."

"The cottage was about a 30 minute walk from the beach but not suitable for young children as it’s all country roads. It’s about a 5 minute drive which is great! The check in process was very simple and easy with great communication from the property hosts. The cottage had good facilities throughout as well as substantial space for parking. "The house has been decorated to a very high standard, but the reason for my booking was the use of the pool. The property is sold as a pool holiday (rare in the UK), but the pool was not usable in a safe manner, with loose tiling and sharp edges. You advised me that there were 'a few loose tiles', but only after payment had been made. The tiling around the pool is a trip hazard in several places and the mosaic tiling in the pool itself clearly has not been maintained for years, with hundreds of...

"All good, heating excellent, would have liked a lock on bathroom door when sharing with 4 men, stairs very slippery leading to garden, most things were available in the kitchen, apart from salt ! Very close to a very busy road, the noise was not a problem at all but I couldn’t relax when the dogs were in the garden incase they managed to get out, the only reason I would not return to this property "
