"2 adults one child went. Shared a comfy double bed which was bigger than a uk kingsize. The hotel staff were fantastic, the location (one stop from Disneyland, less than 2mins by train) was perfect. Room was good, could have been cleaner as you could see dust around the kitchen area, floor looked like it hadn’t been steam cleaned/mopped, we didn’t use the sofa bed as it didn’t look very clean or comfy, bathroom fan didn’t work but was only there for a few days. Mini fridge in room was good,...

"We really liked our stay. Everything was well communicated. Excellent and affordable price. Check-in host, Gui, was exceptional in his service to help us find the room and get to the airport. His co-host was also very helpful. The man who drives the hotel shuttles was also very helpful."

"Decor was interesting and different "

"We got a family room which was advertised as 4 twins in one room and a king in the second, with one bathroom. We confirmed layout at check in but upon entry the rooms Were two twins in one room and then one king plus a single hide a bed in the second. Fortunately we did not have our 6th guest with us - the two bathrooms were a plus. Easy access to coffee starting at 4am!"

"This property would have gotten a straight 5 if it wasn’t for the staff friendliness or welcoming. I strive of the first impression and it wasn’t it. It’s a shame, it is a beautiful property. I use to work for hotels and at the least a good morning or please let me know what I can do to make your stay pleasant? I think I had more welcome from the Disneyland Hotel staff and I wasn’t staying there. "

"Polite and pleasant staff, always helpful. Clean restaurants, great choices of food. Nice room, clean and beds were comfortable also were of decent size. Also had Disney characters around hotel in evenings. Overall couldn’t really fault hotel, would definitely stay again! "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel L’Elysee. The breakfast was delicious with a vast selection! The shuttle to Disneyland is very convenient and having the mall and shopping adjacent makes for a great location. Plus we found the room and the beds very comfortable. All around would recommend."

"Great hotel for the price. Sure it could use some TLC. The rooms (except most expensive ones) haven’t been updated in 20+ years, and show clear signs of wear and tear. But overall, spacious and they have everything you need. The underground parking is a plus if you have a car. "
