"Brilliant hotel with fantastic staff. We arrived late as a stop over through France on a family ski trip. We still made a short trip yo Colmar in the evening and then had the best night’s sleep! Would definitely recommend. "

"I had a good stay in this clean and comfortable hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfy and the finishes were new. There were a few minor items that could be improved though. The balcony door didn’t lock which wasn’t an issue for me but might be for others. The drapes only had black outs and not a set of sheers. Again - no problem for me but could impact someone else. "Great place to stay. The lady on the desk was really lovely and helpful- I arrived much earlier than planned and was able to check into my room upon arrival even though check in hadn’t started. Room clean and comfortable- I had also been upgraded which was a great bonus. Only downside is the WiFi is very slow and my phone had no service. Yours may be different but do bare this in mind! "

The staff were so kind and accommodating right from when we turned up 30 mins after booking, until checkout. Highly recommend.
