"I was very impressed by how quickly the gentleman on reception sorted out some issues in my room. When I got to my room, the heating was off and there was no hot water, I contacted reception and within five minutes someone was at my room to look into it. There was a problem, and I was moved to another room with the help of the young man on reception.
