"This hotel is in a beautiful part of Surrey, our stay was everything we hoped it would be. We were in 3019 which didn’t have a window view due to obscured glass which was a shame but as we only stayed one night it didn’t bother us. Our only other observation which we thought was odd was the mirror in the bathroom was much to high - I am 5ft 5in and could only see the top of my head. Apart from that our stay was pleasant ."

"What a great place to stay for the last night of our trip to England. Wonderful in-house restaurant and pub, massive room for our family of 4, and a great vibe all around. Wished we had taken some time to see Twickenham, as it looked great on the way to the airport in the morning. Hope to stay here again and do that next time!"

"It was good stay the staff where really Friendly, check in was good The room was nice but few fixtures could do with upgrading. The blind curtains where grubby with marks and no shower Matt The lobby and bar are lovely shame the rooms don’t quite match up "

"The staff were helpful and friendly and the room was clean and fairly spacious. I great nights sleep due to a comfy bed and thick walls. 10 out of 10 would recomend and stay again. The shuttle bus runs regularly to the airport."
