"About 3 mins walk to Europa centre, about 12 mins walk to KaDeWe department store and various restaurants. Staff are prompt and professional. Below average breakfast; poor choice of menu, subpar quality breads and lack of potatoes and sausages. It should be a crime to charge 25 EUR per person for that. Do not drink water prepared in rooms unless you are member of hotel chain or they'll charge you 4.5 EUR for each bottle. "

"i stayed here with 4 friends for a city break in berlin and the staff were incredibly accommodating in recommending places to go and were very friendly and welcoming!! the room was perfect for us and cleanliness wasn’t an issue at all. the hotel is situated directly next to the train station which was very convenient, however, we found at night (after around 10pm), the surrounding areas around the hotel felt quite unsafe especially for female travellers but this is no fault of the hotel itself...
