For example, the refreshments offered at check-in often ran out, the sauna or hamman invariably did not work, and although I was entitled to an upgrade and late check out, neither was provided to me although there was obviously an upgraded room available because I could have booked it myself on their website when I checked. "This place was packed full of families with small children. Many were running through the hallways and making lots of noise. It deterred us from hanging out in the lobby area or enjoying a meal at the hotel. It's an older motel that has been renovated to be more modern. It's cute, but a little overpriced for the location and amenities. The front desk staff were not the friendliest. I wouldn't stay here again."
