"Room was too cold, they do not pump hot water in the Chiller system so the AC simply blows cold air. Also terrible smell from toilet room, and uncomfortable toilet seat, too small with the add on of the washer on the seat.."

The worst experience, however, was the breakfast - not only the food was bad and cold, there was no butter at all, the tea from the machine squirted a dirty brown water instead of tea... The carpet in the breakfast...
