Very friendly and helpful staff Areas for improvement: 1) Building is old - over a 100 years old and shows its age. So do the fixtures - chandeliers, lights, carpets, staircase 2) Not very easy to find - as it is located in a very congested area. Lots of one of one way streets 3) "

"Very dirty bathrooms and room. Towel are all worn down. Vanity in the bathrooms have stain same with toilet seats. Service quality is also not appreciable, ordered a glass, it took them multiple reminders and over 45 mins to get. Ice bucket did not have any tong so had to use hands to take out ice cubes. "
