"As a frequent flyer I've stayed at several hotels and I can honestly say Hotel AC is on my list. Check in was good - the room was great, it was spacious, clean, but there was an issue so I was moved to another room in which they upgraded due to the inconvenience. Sam, the gentleman at the front desk did a phenomenal job resolving the issue. Not to mention he was polite, courteous and friendly. "I stayed at this hotel hoping to use the jacuzzi but it is under construction until the summer so that was a little disappointing. The jr suite was cozy & had a balcony which was a bonus. Bed was comfortable too. This hotel is in the center of Downtown Montréal & is walking distance to shops & restaurants & metro station. "
