I arranged for airport transportation and they gave me a different cost after I already confirmed and was on my flight. The cost also did not seem to match their website. "The property was fine. Staff helpful. Good breakfast. Nice suburb. Elegant. Only little problem was that main reservation personnel did not communicate my request for late check out a day earlier. Confusion with billing. The down payment was way above quote by Expedia. So I am waiting for my credit cards refund adjustments they send me an electronic bill. It was not settled when I left the hotel ?? I hope they fix all that in the coming days. My big deposit still show “pending” on my credit...

"Absolutely awesome place. I got upgraded because of Orbitz, so had a very nice big room. If you like light though, get a room with a view to the outside. Things generally worked great and the staff was extremely kind and helpful if anything went wrong. The wine and complementary platters were fantastic. The food in restaurant was great. Thanks to the staff. Extremely well managed hotel."
