"Everything was incredible, loved the staff they were so nice and convenient first time out the country and it was my birthday and they made me feel so special walked in on a mini birthday cake with thailand candy all around it and a false hand of roses it was beautiful. service walked up with me and my guest up and carried our luggage up and greeted us at the entrance amazing!"

" What I liked best was just about everything. The Hotel is quite nice, it's part of a larger hotel. The staff were extremely nice. The hotel quite clean. It's very close to the BTS (sky train)A very large swimming pool.For the money a very good deal. I really like the place.Very good air conditioners. Just a nice place ! "We spent the last night of our exciting trip here before returning home from Bangkok. Most important for us was the proximity from BKK, breakfast and the airport shuttle service. The room was modern and clean, beds and pillows are comfortable. Pool area at night was quiet and delightful, we watched plains taking off. Breakfast area and service were also really nice! Staff is helpful, understand and speak English."

"room 461 has two problems: flush button of toilet reservior is a “little sticky” = excessive water flushing. 2nd issue : fabric on wooden armchair looks stained & NEEDS cleaning or replacement ?! otherwise, staff friendly & professional. location good. however, hailing-down a taxi at peak-hours is very challenging. i am regualr visitor to bkk & this hotel."

"Air conditioning in lobby was sporadic but my room was always well air conditioned. Wonderful pool though they put a lot of chlorine in it. Suggest you wear goggles and nose plug if you swim. My only complaint is that the hotel is not conveniently located in terms of access to Metro or BTS though the hotel does provide hourly shuttle service to Ekkamai BTS. "
