"Staff were very helpful and hotel is beautiful. Rooms were spacious and clean. The property had free bikes to explore the town and a free shuttle (that must be booked as they only have one shuttle). Location is quiet and can be easily reached by taking Bus 1 from Locarno. "

They should really have a link that clearly tells people there is NO PARKING at the hotel and where the parking lots are located. (We had to walk .8 of a mile with our luggage which was totally unacceptable for how much we paid per night! They should have at least told us we could drive up and drop our luggage.) The room was big, clean and had a great view. The coffee maker was nice, but instructions in English...

Staff was overwhelmed with a series of group booking, confusion was evident but no improvement. My room was a small but with a view, AC not working and none of the staff knew how to fix it. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the lake and pool was a nice setting but staff again overwhelmed with groups."
