The reason for not giving 5 stars comes from the very spotty wifi in our room on 2nd floor and the very average quality of the beds. If they can improve these two aspects, it would become a highly rated hotel. "

"Lovely hotel. Very friendly. Nice clean room, decent size. Very welcoming entrance. Nice looking pool area (we weren’t thrrr long enough to stay). Great breakfast choices. It is not near the centre of Rouen, but we were only passing through so worked really well for us. My family all said we would stop there again in future years."
