Considering the week after (we went on UK half term) the price drops to a third of a price, I would consider it a total rip off and taking customers for a ride. The owners admitted they are going through a 4 Million euro renovation project next summer which goes to show the state Alpina property. Don't go there until it is renovated in 2026. "

The staff were incredible—our bags didn’t arrive for three days, and they went above and beyond to help us sort it out. They also helped us book all our ski activities and transportation, which made everything so easy. The location is perfect, the rooms are super comfy, and the price was great. Highly recommend! "

"The hotel building is a old Italian building that has been renovated too a high standard with a modern bathrooms, but also has been decorated to in a way that reflects its history. The staff are are versed in English, are friendly and respectful and love to help in any they can. The restaurant may be a bit expensive for some, but well worth a try as the food is amazing. I only thing that could be improved in my opinion is the variaty in the breakfast buffet. Besides that, I will be returning...

"Great property if travelling by car but you definitely need a car as there's nothing around there and public transportation is non-existent."

"Convenient hotel for La Daille lifts and funicular train. Supermarket and tabac opposite. Good for a family holiday. Not a luxury hotel by any means but clean and well equipped rooms with comfy beds and kitchenette. We had breakfasts and most dinners here no problem. Would recommend for a reasonably priced hotel for family ski. "

Durant notre séjour nous nous sommes sentis comme en famille.La sympathie de ce couple n'est pas feinte.Ils sont très sociables et gentils. "Firstly, there is no front desk at this property. Instead, a man (whose English could use improvement) meets you to explain how to use the keys for entering your room and exiting the building. It’s crucial to fully understand how to exit the building, especially if you’re leaving early in the morning. When I checked out early the next day, I found the front door locked, contrary to what had been explained, which left me in a state of panic."
