"The standout feature of this property is undoubtedly its location. To be honest, I likely wouldn’t have chosen this hotel if it weren’t for its beachfront setting. The rooms are in serious need of renovation. While the size was adequate and the balcony was a nice touch, the décor and fixtures felt outdated, and there was a noticeable mildew smell. "This property is right on the boardwalk just a few steps away from American Village. The staff was kind and the property was impressively clean. I liked that my view every morning was the water (if you decide upgrade to a room with a view and a balcony). This won’t be the last time I stay at this property."
