"Room 1011 is nice with 2 windows facing city towards other tall buildings but not close, so we can still have privacy, loved our room, shower and bathroom could be a little roomier, but shower water pressure is great, wish room wasn’t carpeted, would feel cleaner that way. "2nd time here, love the ambience and welcoming staffs. Breakfast choice was awesome, this time i like the wedang jahe. "Room has a strange layout with its raised bed but it works and gives you plenty of living space in the room, bathroom was clean and modern, the area the residence is located was clean and quiet and very close to some large shopping malls with plenty of shopping and dining options including street food, the staffs English is basic but they are friendly and very helpful "

"There is very little soundproofing at this hotel. You can hear the noise from the room next door and also from the hallway. If you want peace and quiet, this hotel is not ideal. Also, cleanliness could be better, there was hair everywhere in the room and they only provide 2 body towels, no hand or face towels. Lastly, the elevators are very slow. There are only 3 elevators for 39 floors, you will have to wait at least 5 minutes each time you want to use it. Only positive is that wifi worked well...

"The rooms were dirty and old, I know because I had to change my room 3 times. I even paid for an upgrade to a suite because I thought it might be nicer, but it wasn't. The air conditioning didn't work in 2 rooms. They tried to fix both but it still didn't work. The staff was nice but the hotel rooms are old, smelly and gross. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!"
