"We had a warm welcome at Watermead House. Having booked very late, our room was on the top floor. It was extremely comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities, a large screen television and a spacious shower. We found it lovely and quiet. We appreciated the advice on local restaurants which were a short walk away. Breakfast was exceptional, ordered the evening before from a wide selection so no delay and very tasty. "

But what made the stay so good was the personalised attention we received from the owners. On the day of our check-in, we were informed on the phone that as it was election day we had to get there by 6pm to let the staff go out to vote.
