"We had a room level with steps leading to two churches and next to two bars and nightclubs. Noisy! Also, our neighbor in the room next door had a cough, which we could hear loud and clear throughout the night. The staff is excellent; the breakfast is mediocre at best. We recommend the hotel due to the outstanding location."

"Very unfriendly receptionist. After long drive to get there we were treated badly. We asked for information about sightseeing in Enna and were bluntly told they had none. They told us nothing about facilities at the hotel and just handed us keys to the room. It was an empty hotel and they gave us room under their kitchen which was noisy and kept us awake for the two nights we were there. "The staff were flexible, helpful and friendly. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. The hotel is a little tired and probably no longer 4* and the Blue pool in the picture was sadly empty and abandoned. There was however an indoor pool. We had two evening meals which were varied and regional. "
