Finally revealing gorgeous stairwell opening into lovely modern renovation. Glamorous well equipped and comfortable. Staff were incredibly helpful too . Loved it"

"Antonella, our host, made sure to make us feel very welcome. She also let us use the kitchen and the fridge which was great and we were allowed to spend time playing board games on the dining room table which was perfect for us. It was just like being at home bur with a lot of peace and quiet."

"Was closed, owner showed up 30 min late, no check in instructions, was yelling on the phone right under our window till 10. No hot water, rooms are not as on pictures, error saying 4 people can stay in one bed in the listing, it wouldn’t be showing in search at all. No baby cribs, it’s just pictures. Fridge is not plugged in. No kettle or any warm water available and no one in the whole building. Mattress smells and has no protector. I only stayed because was late after 8 hours and it was...

"The hostess was an absolute dream, funny, helpful, and all around friendly! Just around the corner you’ll see spectacular sights. Great cathedrals, and people enjoying life. Whenever I make it back to catania, I will most certainly stay here again!"

"Dark dingy accomodation in run down area of Catania. Toilet very poor. Staircase dangerous with broken steps. Entrance door hard to find, run down and not inviting. Stayed for 5 mins then left to find somewhere better. Photos on Hotel.com website are misleading. dont think should be on Hotels.com listings. Really, really disappointing. "

"The reviews are correct..there are 3 flights of stairs to get to the hotel. Once you are up there, it is quite nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. My room had a huge balcony but the thinnest bathroom. Hard to sit down if you know what I mean. Breakfast was fine. Easy walk from the train station. The neneighborhood does not look great but only a few blocks to the town center....beautiful. Catania is a lovely city and Bmode is a good place to stay to explore."
