"When I arrived at the hotel that was booked and confirmed through Expedia, I was told that my reservation had not been booked and that the hotel was full. Luckily the hosts booked me another hotel so that I did not spend the night in my car! I will NEVER use Expedia again since I have already emailed them about this problem and they haven't even gotten back to me!"

I dislike it profoundly. Rooms are tiny and congested (The sink in the room was broken, but was fixed later). A few minute before of the opening of the outside pool, the army of retirees who are NOT staying in the hotel arrive and occupy all of the chairs. While the guests of the hotel can not get to the pool...
