Reception very rarely had someone in attendance and two out of three times the black phone hasn't been answered including the day we arrived. The pool was great with a sunlounge always available."

"The location was very convenient for shopping, restaurants and the Four Mile Beach. All the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Very helpful with organizing a tour to the Daintree rainforest which was just a short drive away. No elevators but staff carried luggage to the room and were very friendly"
