"We really enjoyed staying here while in Seattle. The house was nicely decorated and very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed walking around the nice Phinney Ridge neighborhood and looking at all the craftsman style and brick houses. We also enjoyed walking around Green Lake park, which is only about a block away. Plenty of on street parking. "If you are looking to relax and unwind, this property is the best. The sound of the river permeates the house's every room, and the view is outstanding. We sat in the hot tub and watched the eagle fly low over the river, sat on the deck (yes, even in the snow) and listened to and watched the river flow by. the house was clean, and had everything you'd need for an extended stay. Leavenworth is a few minutes drive from the house, so the location is perfect. "

Air condition was working well, but there didn’t appear to be a way to regulate cooling downstairs (where I was) independently of upstairs. Some may enjoy the break from the heat, but I found it a bit cold for my liking. Yes, i would recommend this place and book here again, but maybe bring an extra sweater. "
