"1. The airconditioning was not working properly. It was a hot balmy evening. The aircon was not cooling the room. 2. There were no drinking glasses in the room. 3. The ceiling is unpainted, no treatments applied. Bare concrete visible. Looks unsightly."

"This was quite a fancy place to stay, but the room was quite dusty and sticky in places. The restaurant prices are extremely high and is closed on Sundays. There is no pool, spa or sauna, but they have access to a nearby gym for two hours if you fill in a survey and pick up key from Reception. The room did not come with a cot set up, even though we booked a room for 2 adults and an infant (I had to request one and it took a couple of hours to come, so delayed our plans). Great restaurant dining...
