"This hotel grew on me. The room wasn’t warm and inviting, but I liked the high ceilings. There were lovely parts of the hotel we did not have time to explore. It was disappointing to have the “pool” be only a jacuzzi that closes early and was closed completely on Christmas Day. I book hotels to specifically use the pool and gym. Otherwise it was nice. "Really beautiful property and spa. We loved our stay and experience at the restaurant and spa. My only issues were with the room having a slight cigarette smell and spa not being ready at opening one of the days we went in the morning"

"Tiara I think upgraded us to Room 100 which is suite. However, the door needed a key to open from the inside (to get out) which means we had to remove the key to operate the lights to use the key to open the door. When we do that, it s dark and can’t see the door. Luckily-our phone has a flashlight. Tiara meant well and we were just tired to be transferred to another room. Iyo and Tiara and Bruno were nice and very helpful."
