"The location of the property is quite good as access to get in and out of the downtown core was easy. The hotel staff were very friendly (although short staffed in the food service area) and helpful. The hotel just needs some updates (the bathroom plumbing, dated carpet in room). The unhoused problem near the hotel made things seem a bit unsafe (lots of open drug use) Might stay again next time in Seattle."

Room was spacious and very modern, clean ,comfortable and luxurious.We took the light rail from the airport and back again for our flight home and it was conveniently located only a block and a half from Hotel Theodore.It is also located only a few blocks from Pike Place Market and lots of options for dining.
