"We stayed for 4nights with 2 kids in the standard room. The rooms are now dated and requires refurbishment specially the bathrooms. Overall, good facilities, food and staff. A la crate restaurants always busy and need to use the app. A lot facilities are chargeable such as tennis courts, indoor pool tables and bowling areas which could be inclusive. Simple things like an iron board are also chargeable which was a further let down. "

"The biggest downfall for hotel was the fact that they tell you the spa is open from 10am till 7pm but they randomly close it earlier. These timings are already very short in comparison to most hotels so is really annoying. They then lied to expedia when they called as we put a complaint in saying that the spa needs to be booked in advance which is not the case. The hotel its self however is great for location, cleanliness and food. However, the staff at reception are not very welcoming. ...

"My second time here, the territory is large enough to have some quiet time away from other guests, the grounds are beautiful and well kept. The app allows to book various activities, good variety of fitness classes, one of the best Turkish food offering with lots of fruit, veg & local produce, some attempts at sustainability (water cooler next to fridges with water bottles, compost and their own plants nursery I think). "The room temperature cannot be lowered to desired digit; there were ants in the bed. Apart from those inconveniences my stay was very pleasant. One additional feedback I would like to offer is that the bases of the cups in which forks and knives rest on the tables in the dining room are dirty (dirt have accumulated over time at the base of the cups)."

"It is a nice hotel. 1. Location- a bit far from center but calm 2. Swimming pool is great 3. Garden is beautiful But something they have to develope. 1. Fridge - old. Doesn't work proferly 2. Pool bar- don't drink cocktail here. Not so good quality and I had to pay double price as I ask a bit stronger ( I can't feel any alcholo at My cocktail ) 3. "Most of the staff were amazing and very helpful, friendly and courteous. Certain staff however need to change their attitude to guests. The chefs, front of house and management were fantastic. The food is standard across most of these hotels I believe. It was value for money. The seating for the entertainment in the evening could be improved. Location and setting for the hotel is great for sun worshippers.The whole stay was very relaxing and definitely some for those looking to chill!! "
