"No complaints about the room or the staff . Lots of different food options . The chinese food buffet was kinda gross . The salad bar made up for the sub par hot food . Cheap low buget deserts but the fruit bar was pretty good . I also enjoyed the outdoor hottub, went in around 10 pm . It was -18c... pretty cool experience. I wpuld definitely stay again . "

"Beautiful old hotel just a bit dated and understated compared to other classic Fairmont hotels. We had just come from Seattle and it was nicer there. Lounge was also very crowded for Fairmont gold had to share tables for breakfast and hearing in room was unable to switch off or change to cooling so had to open a window at night it was so hot. Not many other high class hotels in Calgary though so I’d still go back. "

"Went here for the family day long weekend (2025) and had the best time. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The front desk staff and valet greeted us when we returned from any outing, asking how it was, which made us feel great that they remembered where we were going. My kids loved the pool and had an amazing time. 10/10"

"Getting access to the club lounge is great which includes excellent breakfast and snacks throughout the day, and a great place to work out of as well. Club floor rooms are a nice size too. "
