We booked it as THB Hotel but it's a BE LIVE Hotel, signage Infront is limited. Easy access to the beach/promenade Shops and restaurants close by (many still closed in May) Rooms are ok, the shower room could do with a redesign. Stub your toe on the door stop, have to stand in the shower to open the door. Rooms are clean and towels changed when...

"Very modern decoration and spotlessly clean everywhere. Friendly reception team and made to feel very welcome. Only slight blemish is that we didn't find the mattress in the main bedroom particularly stand-out, though to be fair it's absolutely more than adequate. We'll be back!"

"Very good all inclusive. Much of the food was very good quality. Excellent salad section. Friendly helpful staff. Great location as long as you donot want to be in the thick of lively entertainment, but its about 20 mins away, on foot. Lovely views on to small rocky beach from the evening bar. Mainteance shows its age in a very few areas eg leaking air conditioning. We would definitely go back. On balance excellent value for money."

"The only let down was the evening bar staff. They were always busy which lead to them being rather grumpy. I travelled with 2 infirm adults but I was only allowed to get 2 drinks and had to re-queue again to get my own. "

"Property is new and very nice, with all comforts. A bit difficult sometimes to find parking. There are a couple of washing machines but shared with the building."

"Reception staff is good. All need to focus on Dinning / Food service staff. Dinning staff 80 percent is not welcoming and not looking that people eating they grab plates. We on half board and check for evening snack if available, they told it’s free but later come and charge us. All it’s about if we ask let us know need to pay or not. Rest amazing property. Thanks"

"Service of the staff was fabulous. Loved them all. Location was fantastic Bar and restaurant were amazing. Room was very clean but only the towels replaced and the beds were made daily. Floors should be vacuumed daily. "

"I would highly recommend this delightful hotel. It was surprisingly quiet, despite being on the main road of the lovely little town Haria. Don’t expect much in the way of staff, you are very much on your own, but help is certainly there if you need it. "
