"The hotel location is walkable to many restaurants and convenient stores. The staff were friendly. For the rooms, the walls are thin and I could hear conversations and noises. I also had some issues with the sink which the drainage would go down very slowly. The WiFi was very good especially for the international calls and meetings I needed to take for work. Just needed to resign back on at times."

This time around the staff hardly paid attention to you. We had to get up and get our own utensils, condiments coffee and water. Or wait for a long time to get someone to acknowledge us. "Pool spa is under construction. There are insects, bugs, mosquitoes and roaches. Staff is excellent, vwry hospitable and helpful. Elevators are extremely slow, more often than not only one is functioning. Internet is unreliable it is down two out of three days stay. "
